Do you need an urgent size exchange?
If you need to have your boots exchanged for a different size exchanged urgently you can re order a new pair and pay via credit card before you send your boots back to us. We will refund your card when we receive the boots.
Boots must be in new unused condition to be exchanged or refunded.
Do you have a bricks and mortar store?
Boots Direct is an online only store. We don't have a physical store you can visit.
How much is shipping?
We offer free delivery within New Zealand.
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to make a purchase, please contact us first to quote on shipping costs.
What if I order the wrong size?
If you have ordered the wrong size and need to exchange/return your purchase; please contact us here stating your receipt number, date of purchase and reason for the return/exchange.
Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of receipted goods and refund/exchange will only be given if product are returned in the same condition and packaging you received.
